    thedailywhat: Faux First Look of the Day: Japan Cinema’s April Fools Day prank is an instant classic: A surprise announcement concerning an upcoming Pixar adaptation of Hayao Miyazaki’s influential anime feature My Neighbor Totoro. Directed by John Lasseter no less! I don’t know how I’d feel about this, but I like the part where Lasseter puts Cars 2 on indefinite hold. [japancinema / twitch.] What the?! Supposed this is true, I just hope they won’t murder a Miyazaki masterpiece.
