    TEKKONKINKREET (2006) About 2 orphan boys named Black and White (also referred to as “cats”) and their life in the yakuza infested Treasure Town. Not really a friendly kind of film despite the apparent color vomit.  White’s a real dope. Utters nonsense shit every now and then but I dunno, there’s something charming about him. Black ,on the other hand, is kinda emo without White on his side. The yakuza (rats) were kinda weak. And the police were only spectators in every conflict. Despite being kinda weak plot-wise (not enough to make me think about its plot after the credits rolled), this film is a visual treat. The animation style gave life to the entire film.
